This product is amazing, it works very well and the temperature is very strong when set to 8 or 9, I am surprised by the quality, I bought it for the price but I must say that the digital design and quality exceeded my expectations.

I have renal units and these work great I have 3 in 5 of uThe units I have . Simple to set up.small a fit well.i just cut into the counter top and fit it in

While this cook top works great and is extremally easy to use, it is a tad misleading. First this is not what you would consider "portable" in the sense of camping, tail gating etc. Mainly because the top is glass and the setup makes it hard to cook on being that the control is sideways instead of in the center. This item is portable in the way of taking it out of a cabinet to use every once in a while or moveable while on a counter top. The best install of this is in a counter top which is explained in the instructions. When opening the box you will see a paper that says it requires an electrician to install, living in the USA that is garbage as the unit itself is less than 2000w at both high settings on each burner at the same time. Window AC units, some microwaves and toaster ovens run higher than that so, no, you don't need an electrician to use this. It maybe smart to have an electrician run an outlet if you are mounting it in to a counter though. After all the confusion, this item works like a champ, touch on/off to start, hit which burner and turn the dial. After using, the display will flash H to remind you it is hot. So I would not recommend unplugging it right after use. Like mentioning before the controls are set up as you were looking at it long ways making it more believable if mounted in a counter top instead of sideways on a counter. If you are looking for a mounted 2 burner this item is perfect for you, the look, style and easy install cant be beat. If you are looking for portable as in camping look somewhere else there are far better options with covers, carrying handles etc.

Opened the well packed carton, plugged in the cord, worked the controls backward and forward. Everything worked as described in the literature.Let the device cool and picked it up to move it to the countertop. Stubbed my toe and dropped it on the concrete floor Now it doesn't work, as it is in a couple of dozen pieces.Moral of the story: Glass cooktops and concrete floors are a bad match.Re-ordered another one today..

This product does not even have a plug. Just a bunch of wires hanging out of it. And all of the videos of the product it showed that it had a plug. There’s literally nothing you can do with this.
