My new favorite blade! I wanted a nice boot knife to carry when riding the cruiser. After a long search and several purchases I finally settled on this blade. The knife overall is solid and well balanced made of XT70 steel, The blade is a double edge razor with a blood groove down the middle. The handle is the perfect mix of texture and rubber with a palm swell to provide a non-slip grip. The tang is fairly pronounced to keep your fingers from slipping up onto the blade... the blade is sharpened on both sides all the down within a few millimeters so a finger slip would definitely ruin your day.The sheath that came with my knife is made from cordura and has a metal clip on one side with paracord attached to the bottom. I am not a big fan of the snap enclosure (or cordura sheath in general) as it makes the knife a little more difficult to draw with one hand. Katz makes a divers sheath that I may invest in but it's 70$. I prefer the retention properties of kydex and the flared out opening to make it easier to re-sheath (if that's a word).Over all, I highly recommend this blade. I own dozens... Benchmade, Gerber, Spyderco, Cold Steel, SOG... all the best blades! This ranks up there with one of my favs (next to the SOG Sealpup)
