Although every air intake kit is slightly different (since they are designed to be a perfect fit in the engine bay of specific year/make/models), installation can typically be completed in 60 minutes or less and No additional parts will be needed, no modification or drilling, quick installation.

HOW TO INSTALL KAX COLD AIR INTAKE KIT ?

STEP1 Make sure your engine is cool to the touch.
STEP2 Disconnect your battery cable from the negative terminal.
STEP3 Remove your old air intake.
STEP4 Attach the silicone coupling that came with the air intake kit to the throttle body.
STEP5 Secure the coupling by tightening a hose clamp at the end.
STEP6 Place another hose clamp on the front of the coupling, but don’t tighten it just yet.
STEP7 Slide the intake tube into the silicone coupling, and ensure that your intake pipe is running from the throttle bay away from the engine bay.
STEP8 Tighten the silicone coupling and secure all brackets on the tube.
STEP9 Plug the mass air flow sensor into the new cold air intake system.
STEP10 Finish and Test.
