Great replacement part for the original. Not going to say easy install, but it's possible. It requires 2 hands but you can only use 1.On that note, installed, and works perfect.Pros: 1. Blows faster and harder than the original. 2. You don't need the cover because it's built in on the new one.Cons: 1. the only con is it didn't come with a balancer for the fan. It does vibrate a little. 2. Also installation was a little rough getting into that tight space.Overall, great part for the price. Next is to see the life span of this unit. And since it works great, I'm giving it a 5***** review.
