Good quality for the price, it does have a hard time holding a kayak in place at times. I go fishing on a weekly basis with my kayak, and it depends on the body of water you’re in. I would recommend this anchor but would recommend a heavier weight.

This was great because It didn't take up a lot of room, We used it in our paddle boat so we could fish off of it. Paddle boat didn't go anywhere with two grown men.
