I've only had this item about a week and I wanted to wait to review it but I just couldn't wait. I wanted smooth, tight base and this thing delivered that perfectly. It has a lot of options on the back if your amplifier is lacking which is nice. Only thing I regret is I do like the pressure feeling from woofers and I suspect a single woofer would deliver that rather than this opposed arrangement. So since that's obvious and not KEF's problem to begin with, I'll not deduct a star even though I could be happier. Also read those specs carefully. Even though they are just 9 inch drivers, the thing is big and heavy. Oh and don't forget to choose the right setting for where you place it. I've attached a pic of the two most important settings. The 0 and 180° is vital if your sub is far from your mains. And don't neglect the "EQ" based on where you place it. Eg, don't put it in the corner and have it on "Room". And if you live in an apartment that's not ground level, please observe the one I underlined in cyan. 🩵
