I measured the float shaft on the old one and ordered this one a little short. Done purposely so I still had a little gas to get to the next town if I wasn’t paying attention. Fit great, will order another one for one of the other sleds.

I have a 97 MXZ 440 fan cooled. This keeps the gas in and the water out - but the pitch on the gauge twist is different, and the gauge isn't located to the thread, so it "reads sideways". Smaller, overall diameter than OEM.
