The rod I got doesn’t sit into the dip but they work for what I was needing which was middle support on a long window.

The contractor tried to put in two heavy duty bracelets, which completely doesn't work for two curtains on two curtain rods, and inner curtain on on inner rod, and the outer curtain on the outer rod, with both curtain rods on the same plane. If you have that situation, this is your support bracket.
