This is great for a hide-a-key! Discreet, easy to use, and perfect size for a key! I have had to use it several times and the lock is secure and device is sturdy! Perfect for our home away from home!

I loved the price point on this product but I should have thought about what it meant for the quality of the item.The lock box is fairly thin plastic in material which I hadn't read or thought about. I was expecting thicker, sturdier plastic or even metal. Perhaps I just skipped over the material when ordering.The code is very easy to reset and worked first time.The item came well packaged in a cardboard box and the mounting hardware in a little plastic baggie. The instructions were clear and well written.Overall the item was what I needed and will do the trick for what I needed it for. I only wish it was metal not plastic.

Complete piece of junk. Default code is all zeros (according to seller). But no matter how hard I pushed down on that little latch, it wouldn't open.... So I figured maybe I should just reset the code first. I unscrewed the back and... guess what? Only the top half of the back would open up for me. The bottom half was stuck in place. But there was just enough room there for me to access the reset button. I attempted to switch it from A to B (as instructed) but guess what? It was stuck!!!!! So basically this entire lockbox was just frozen in place in a locked position with no way to access it, open it, change it, mount it, nothing. Trash. I paid for trash.

The combination lock part works fine. Door latch button also less finicky than the brand name model this is cloned after. On the downside body, latch and door is all plastic. Slight gap at the door hinge. Could crack it open with a flat screwdriver with only moderate effort. May function as a deterrent but security of this box is a facade. Wouldn't advise mounting this anywhere in public view.If you want to hide it being a knock-off, was able to remove the brand label with lacquer thinner. Though the plastic is weak against that too.

It is a wall mounted lock box - works well for what we need.It is sturdy - directions to install were easy to follow.Super easy and convenient.We have only had it installed for a few weeks and it is on an outside wall under cover so I cannot speak on the weatherproof part yet.If I need another lock box I will definitely be back for another.
