Excellent product. Filter, lens cap and holder for lens cap

This UV Lens protection is more like a lens protection without removing UV. I do just a basic UV test with a UV light by putting the light through the filter and it doesn't remove the UV light effect at all. Some of UV Filter lens do remove the UV light, but this one doesn't at all. Works great at protecting front lens elements. Reflection is still there but minimal. It doesn't affect the image quality at all and I like they all come with a lens cleaning cloth.

Para un objetivo todo de uso intenso, como mi SIGMA 17-50, me gusta tenerlo protegido con un filtro de calidad y mejor si resulta delgado, como es el caso de este filtro de la casa K&S.Estamos ante un filtro neutro UV de gama media/alta, realizado con 24 capas de vidrio y montado en un marco metálico bien ajustado y muy estrecho, me gusta que el marco no es liso, sino que tiene una zona ondulada para facilitar el roscado/desenroscado. El ajuste en el objetivo es prefecto.La presentación está a la altura, bien protegido en una caja de pvc rígido e introducido en una carcasa también de pvc para que no se mueva por la caja y encajado en su tapa protectora. Se incluye una correa ajustable ancha y que resulta muy cómoda, en el color naranja de la marca, que facilita mucho el localizar la tapa o tenerla a mano. También se incluye una balleta de microfibra para limpiar bien nuestro objetivo antes de colocar el filtro.En el uso diario me encanta, no se aprecian efectos extraños como me ha pasado con otros.En conclusión, otro producto de calidad de K&S, es en este caso, no dentro de la gama media/alta.Me encanta.

Utilisé pour protéger un objectif Kamlan, je ne note pas de changement de l'image avec ce filtre.Le capuchon d'origine de l'objectif était assez difficile à remettre sur l'objectif sans enlever le pare-soleil, alors que le capuchon du filtre UV est super facile à remettre en place !Et merci K&F d'avoir ajouté une dragonne au capuchon !

I just picked this filter up as insurance for the front element of my 70-200 f/2.8 VR lens. I have purchased a few of these in different sizes now, and as long as you are careful not to overtighten them (they are SUPER THIN and not easy to grip tightly) they seem to work as well as the much thicker and more expensive B&W multicoated filters. K&F typically has good quality and these filters are no exception.If you get vignetting with this filter, you'll get it with ANY filter. I've never seen anything thinner.I also like that you get a decent little storage box, and the lens cap is every bit as good as the OEM ones I have. Not sure what you'd need the little lanyard for (at least as far as filters are concerned), but the included microfiber cloth is also appreciated.In the balance between protection and utility, this filter definitely skews toward utility. It will protect my front element from dirt, dust and smudges, but maybe not large mechanical knocks. On the flipside, it's lightweight and is never going to make your image corners dark.If you are truly rough on your gear, you might need a thicker filter to save your lens front element. But if you prize good optical quality and minimal weight, then this filter should be near the top of your list.

I’ve been a fan of K&F Filters, and many of their other photographic products, for some time now, and have come to appreciate the consistency and the quality of the brand. The majority of my lenses live their lives with a K&F Concept UV protective filter on their front element.I have done enough testing of the transmittance and sharpness of K&F UV filters in the past that I now consider them a trusted brand; I feel confident in their quality. And that’s the point, right? In my opinion, they’re a trusted seller.I needed a protective filter for a 24mm – 70mm zoom lens I recently purchased; the ultra-slim frame of the MCUV filter is why it became of interest to me and the reason I ordered it. And for that reason, it worked out well; when the lens is set to its widest focal length, 24mm, the Ultra-Slim filter doesn’t infringe on the image area. Therefore, it doesn’t introduce any vignetting.UV filters have an efficacy when recording on film, even though some emulsions are/were formulated to be insensitive to UV light, but have little to no added benefit when capturing to a digital sensor. Modern digital sensors, unfiltered, record the entire spectrum of visible light, as well as portions of the spectrums of invisible infrared and ultraviolet light. In order to record only visible light, so photographs appear the way we see the world, digital camera manufacturers install what is called an IR Cut Hot Mirror filter over the digital sensor and its Bayer Array. Digital cameras sold without this filter are referred to as a “Full Spectrum Camera.” If you’re not sure if your camera is full spectrum, it’s not. Which means you don’t need to filter out UV light, the manufacturer has already taken care of that for you.In the case of my digital imaging, I use UV filters to protect the front element of expensive lenses. The pinching levers are easy to use, firmly spring-loaded, and provide a firm grip to the filter or the lens.As I noted at the beginning, I’ve come to rely on the quality of K&F filters, and for the reasons that the seller asserts, but most importantly to me, the high quality of their AGC multi-coated, anti-reflective glass; AGC a Japanese company, is the largest manufacturer of glass in the world. Il prodotto si presenta con un ottimo packaging , esternamente ben curato e internamente il filtro è alloggiato in una pratica custodia di trasporto .Nella confezione troviamo :- filtro- tappo filtro- laccetto da polso- panno in microfibra sottovuotoNon mi dilungherò sulle specifiche tecniche poiché sono già ampiamente citate nella descrizione del prodotto ma , vi parlerò della mia esperienza d'uso e impressioni.appena aperta la confezione notiamo immediatamente come il prodotto sia di ottima fattura sia per ciò che concerne il metallo esterno al filtro si al filtro stesso il quale ha un ottimo multicoating già ben visibile ad occhio nudo prima di provarlo con lo scatto , il tappo è anche esso di ottima fattura ben solido e con la presenza di un occhiello per poter agganciarvi un laccetto il quale è fornito in dotazione assieme ad un panno in microfibra sottovuoto .Ho testato il filtro con un samyang autofocus 35mm f2.8 e si è comportato davvero bene, di giorno non ho avuto particolari Lens fare , in situazioni notturne si hanno dei Lens fare ma soltanto in determinate condizioni di angolazioni delle luci .Là perdita di dettaglio è molto bassa ed impercettibile su sensori aps-c mentre lievemente percettibile su sensori full-frame specialmente quando andiamo a croppare in post produzione .in conclusione è un ottimo prodotto ricco anche di accessori , la mia valutazione finale è di 5 stelle

This lens protection UV filter is great when you want an extra layer of UV protection on your lens.The lens has minimal impact on the images captured but the extra layer of protection is useful. The coating appears excellent and easy to clean.

I really like this filter and how it worked well with my photos and truly offset the harsh light. I prefer my landscape photos to have a real quality to them and this HD filter is what I needed. Ensure that you purchase it for a 55mm lens. The filter is lightweight, comes with it's own lens cap, a microfiber cloth, and comes in a secure plastic container with styrofoam protection. I really like the presentation of these products from K&F concepts. The lens itself is is made with great quality and I like that it works for many different types of photography. It's a good addition to your kit! It's definitely worth the cost.

This is a well made lens filter, and the included accessories are top notch.I've always had good experiences with K&F products. As you can see in the pics ( first unfiltered then with filter ) The effect is very subtle. I am giving it five stars because I think it is doing just what was intended, and in an era where the routine is to use your white balance to wash out the color and then A.I. color over it, it is very cool to have color options before your computer is involved.That said, I would ask yourself if you are having blue issues before you buy.

Great UV filters that provide nice protection an color rendering without color and quality degradation in your image. Fits super well and the build quality is amazing. These basically live on my lenses when they are not paired with a matte box. Really awesome and if you're in the market for UV filters, these are a great option.
