Purchased in "USED-GOOD" CONDITION AT SUBSTANTIAL SAVINGS. Even though the retail box was damaged very badly, the nutcracker was in NEW condition with exception of the little horse had fallen apart from the rocker, an easy fix. I didn't know if I would like this type of nutcracker with an animal head but he is so cute and know grandkids will LOVE when it goes out at Christmas. Was glad Amazon mailed in an actual box instead of plastic bag.

This nutcracker was delivered in pitiful packaging. The box was crushed and open. The rocking horse was broken and piece was missing. I was able to repair and add a piece of my own decoration. She was happy with the gift. Overall, nice.
