I love my Kilner jars - but the downside of fermenting is that the lids will get rusty. So five stars for providing replacement components without having to replace the whole jar.

I use lots of Kilner jars for home made preserves, pickle and fermented foods. These are exactly right for replacing worn out tops and keeping the jars going for several more seasons.
