Its good for commercial purposes. It is relatively soft for commercial hand wiping.

It wasn't very soft but I wasn't needing soft. A lot of people said it was only one roll and that was true. But, it was a very BIG one roll. It worked for cleaning up spills and was strong enough to use for scubbing without falling apart. I got my moneys worth. I would buy it again.
