Not so good it only lasted three weeks. I guess it has a bad element inside of the heater.

I purchased this heater for my 55gal. Of course I purchased the larger 300w as it would be installed on a 55gal tank. Wanted to make sure I had enough heater to cover it. Mind you this is only a 55gal and a heater rated for alot more then that. It has been hooked up and is working just fine, it heats and the light indicating when it is heating comes on also no problem there. The issue is this heater does not perform close to what it is supposed to. As of installing this into the 55gal replacing the other one that was in it so the water was already heated at 78 degrees. By next morning the tank had dropped 4 degrees and the fish were not happy thankfully noticed this and hooked up the old heater and everyone survived. But i would not recommend this heater for any larger tank. It is currently in a junk drawer im not going to go through the hassle of returning it for the cheap price it was. So it is now a back up for one of my 20gal tanks incase one of there heaters were to fail. Very unpleased with this purchase and i highly DO NOT recommend. Have a great day!

This aquarium heater quit working just days after the 90 day support period ended. Now we have to rush out to the pet store to buy one - hoping the fish don’t die in the meantime. Extremely disappointed.

Easy to install, comes with everything described. It stopped working/would not keep temperature so we had to go back to our old one. Will not buy this brand again. Oh, the digital thermometer is nice looking but comes without battery or identification on what size battery. Would have to buy several sizes to see what would work. I did not look up on seller site, but maybe it would pay off if it was listed without batteries but include battery size in description.

I got this heater for my 75g turtle tank. It works perfectly and my turtle cant tear it up (its got a protective sleeve over it). All in all a great heater and thermometer for the price. Highly recommended.
