Might have worked alone but I welded the the top side of the framework just to be sure, bottom is the only part that has weld on it

Had to bend the forks inward to attach the wheel. If you don't have at least a 4-inch heavy vice, you'd better get one!

They looked right but the interior dimensions were not quite 4 inches maybe due to the coating. I will have to do some grinding to make the wheel fit
