Kingfisher Fly Fishing Clarkfork True Rotary Fly Tying Vise

We heard that some of you were having an issue with the main post being wobbly. We listened and went ahead and re-engineered a new riser (Shown in the picture). The riser is taller and the tolerance between the post and the hole is a lot tighter.
Ball-bearing rotation mechanism ensures buttery-smooth rotation, allowing for effortless manipulation of the fly at every angle during tying sessions.
Cam Operated Cantilever style jaws - this style of jaw has the strongest holding power in the industry.
Equipped with a stable base to prevent wobbling during tying sessions, ensuring consistent tension and accuracy.

I'm just starting out and went from cheap to this rotating vise , it's a good value , the base is heavy , rotates nice , the lock down knob could be better , the vise itself holds hook in place good, and rotates smooth. If your starting out I recommend this vise

Vise is nice looking in pictures but the quality isn't worth the dollar. Base is small and not heavy.. when tying you have to hold down with one hand. The upright post for the vise is loose that it wobbles back and forth while tying. I like the travel case and tools but not the vise. Wouldn't buy again. Sorry to the seller for the honest review.

This product is made of good quality material. It came in a great travel case and starting tools. I have used for about 4 months now. Has held up great. Only issue is that there’s a gap in the mounting post. It came like this. I fixed it by adding a shim to keep it from moving while tying. Read on another review and stated they had the same problem. Overall I would purchase again.3/11/25 update: I’ve been using for over a year now and no issues! This is a great vise. I use this on a daily basis!

I purchased this particular vise as it states in description that tools are included. I received it and did not have any tools with it.

I dislike the fact I ordered the one with tools and never received them. The vice is good, but I’d like to get what I paid for. However the only way I can possibly get them is send it back for a return.

I loved how I was able to turn the base so I could get each point on the treble hooks I tied. Great quality, value for the money, amazing durability, hold, while the weight is perfect so that it doesn't move as you tie. Amazing functionality and strong hold for different hook sizes and types.
