This thing is ground so far off center, I can’t believe German made is printed on it. I have not used it but I am certain the performance will be greatly affected by the unbelievably bad grinding not to mention the misalignment of worn out forge tooling and a handle that if you run your hand down you will be sorry. Way too expensive for the quality. I want to take a grinder to it but I don’t think I can get it in satisfactory shape to not return it. Also, is this supposed to have a hollow grind on the wings? They are clearly curved( not evenly at all), I would think that would make it get stuck quite often. middle of the road pricing, bottom of the barrel workmanship!

Handle cracked before finished two seasons. This is residential use and I don’t rely on wood for heat. Disappointed. Contacted seller. No support. I was “outside my one year warranty.”

Handle broke after a few uses. Not from a missed hit, but from getting stuck in tight grain. Overall quality is lower than I would expect for the price.
