Do not recommend. Hard to remove the tape then place on patch to then place on foot. As well if you want these shein is cheaper same thing. Price is ridiculous for what you have to do.

I did not like that I practically waited about a month to receive package and when I proceed to use them the stickers used to hold the packet in place were dry. The sticker became non-stick. I had to use duck tape which made me feel uncomfortable to sleep with at night. I was very unhappy with my purchase; $40+ dollars I spent for this product
