Spent three hours taking apart a John Deere Gator XUV 550 to replace the carburetor. When mounted ,this carburetor was overflowing down the throat from the fuel bowl vent. Upon disassembly I found the float needle out of the seat in the bottom of the bowl, and the float DIDN'T float...it was full of gas. The float has a hole in it.....guess you get what you pay for....pissed very much am I...
