I'm really impressed at the quality and value of these kites, especially considering you get three of them. The designs are beautiful and the colors are super vibrant. They were easy to get set up and put together. We were really happy with the durability of the strings as well as the kites themselves. The first day we used them it was honestly way too windy but the kids were insistent because we had just gotten them and they had been waiting. I was pleasantly surprised at how well they withstood the wind without any damage.

Our whole family recently got into flying kites once the spring weather has came in for the year. My kids are 12 and 15 so flying kites is a great activity to get them out of the house and looking away from their phones! We only had a couple sock kites that were kinda boring to fly so they urged me to order “cooler” kites and I order this set with the octopus, butterfly and stunt kite. The design of the kites are beautiful, the colors are bright and they all look pretty up in the sky. The octopus was the first one I flew and all the little kids at the park loved it. The octopus is definitely the biggest out of the three, it is HUGE. The butterfly looked like a real butterfly up in the sky, you can even flap its wings! The stunt kite was crazy! I had to fight it every time I flew it and it was so much fun! It also has a super long rainbow tail that is just gorgeous! All three kites flew exceptionally well. They come with the standard one hand string but we already had two handed string that we used on them instead. I don’t think a one handed string would be good for the stunt kite at all. The material of the fabric of the kites felt a little thin and cheap but that really didn’t affect anything. The octopus needed no assembly, it’s just essentially a wind sock kite and it’s anchor points were already strung and tied in the package so we just had to clip on the string to the knot. The butterfly and delta stunt kites needed some assembly and they were easy to assemble without instructions. Just a couple sets of rods putt into place and they were ready! After we were done, they were easy to de-assemble and pack back up into our kite bag. All in all, this set of 3 different kites was a great purchase! I am so pleased with these items and I can’t wait to go back to fly them again! At $18.99, this set of kites is a great value for the price!

These are a great deal if you're buying kites to be used by a single household. There are fun design options to match with your favorite people and they are easy to put together. My only complaint is that they don't each have their own storage bag; they have to share. My original plan was to split these between 2 households, but they aren't very giftable just loose. It isn't a big deal; the early spring days are simply better with more kites in the air. Pick your favorite to fly and hand the others to anyone you like. It's a good way to make a new friend at a local park. FYI, the octopus doesn't have the wire framework that the other designs do, but it's a rainbow octopus in the sky so I love it anyway.

Love this 4 piece kite set. We have 4 kids and it was great not having to make individual purchases. The styles here fit everyone. Having so much fun!

Beautiful kites! The package mentions 36 months +, but will definitely take someone older to place the rods in the correct place. Overall the quality is high. The kites also did well when in the air.

Amazing kites, they soar on a windy kite flying kind of day!! Absolutely beautiful and vibrant, easy to assemble and instructions are clear. Untangles easily if it gets caught on a tree as long as you can reach it! The triangle shaped one flew the best! The string is super long and these kites can go high! The string is slick too so it’s easy to unwind and rewind. Great value beyond price but for a fun simple day!

We gave these a try over the weekend when there were very high, gusty winds. They were easy to put together. I was a little concerned that it was too windy and these may get destroyed but they held up wonderfully! I live in the country surrounded by farmer's fields, so they crashed quite a few times onto rough terrain with old stubby corn stalks, stones and mud and went right back up in the air with no damage. Once we got them up in the air, I let my grandkids hold onto them and it was easy for them to handle. We had an absolute blast! When life gives you gusty winds...fly a kite!
