They are made from durable polyester material containing a uniform weave. The PreCharger will stop small dirt particles with minimal restriction to the airflow of the filter.

FIt over the filter spot on. But pulling it off it ripped at the elastic seam. Wouldn't of expected it to be non durable.

This replaced a larger K&N that came with a K&N kit I bought but the top of the filter was hitting the hood. This still has 100 sq. in. of surface which is more than the stock filter for a VW 2.0 turbo.

Filter was as described unfortunately my car did not like all the extra airflow so I did not use it for more then a week.

Not water proof and plus this thing is tiny you'll be lucky if it fits a motorcycle
