I sleep on my side and during the night I wake up from sciatic nerve pain and have to change my position. I was anxious to try out this knee pillow with memory foam to see if it helped my situation. Slipping my leg through the strap and up past my knee, it felt comfortable as I lay in bed. This pillow helped me from waking to an agitated nerve during the night. I've tried other pillows without the strap, and they just didn't work for me since I turned over from side to side. This one is light and not too big and made of memory foam. The pillowcase is soft and seems to have a cooling effect. I like that it can be removed from the foam and is machine washable.The pillow is very supportive with a good thickness that conforms to my legs. It seems to be made of quality materials.

I've tried multiple things over the years.... this is the "Goldilocks" of knee pillows! Not too big or too hard or too hard to clean. I am 5'9" and an average sized woman and this pillow fits and supports my knees perfectly (bc they are a bit boney). Some pillows are too big and put the knees too far apart, this one is just enough to keep them from knocking but not put legs in a weird position.I also love the silky removable cover. The strap keeps it in place without the constant adjusting all night long. The cut of the pillow is really perfect for my build and the BEST knee pillow I have had EVER! I might just buy another one just in case I ever wear this one out.

The light blue knee pillow feels cooling and smooth, and it comes with a machine-washable cover. The pillow has an ergonomic shape that fits between my knees to align my spine. It has an elastic strap that keeps it in place throughout the night, so I don’t have to readjust it constantly. The cover has a zippered closure. I find several tags inside the cover, and I see it meets the Oeko-Tex Standard 100. Another tag lists the pillows dimensions: 10.7 inches by 10.63 inches by 6.69 inches. I read the fill is 100% urethane foam, and the cover is made of 85% nylon and 15% spandex foam. At the very bottom of the last tag I see it’s made in China.

Makes my side sleeping so much more comfortable. For reasons I am still not entirely sure of, over the last year or so it has become more uncomfortable for me to sleep on my side with my knees stacked on top of each other. I feel a lot of irritation and pressure from the bones weighing on each other. This knee pillow completely alleviates that while also straightening and better positioning the hips. It helps keep a straighter posture even while sleeping on your side.The key is the light but elastic strap that you slip your foot through and then slide up your leg. This keeps the pillow tight against your knee so that even while turning over or moving in bed, the pillow moves with you.The exterior is incredibly soft making for a pretty luxurious feel. I’m very pleased with this knee pillow.

I’ve been suffering lower back pain recently and decided to try a knew pillow. I have tried this for a few nights and decided this won’t work for me. Mainly because it doesn’t stay in between my thighs. It ends up loosening its way down. The strap is not adjustable. I am overweight, so the strap is snug, but does not hurt. It just doesn’t stay in place. If you do not move around a lot in your sleep, you may not have this issue.I have a different one of these that is a little bit bigger, so this one feel to small for me. For a small, framed person, this might be a good option because it won’t be as bulky as some of the others.With all this said, I don’t think this is a bad pillow. The case material is nice. The foam is supportive. It just does not work for my specific case.

Unfortunately, this did not work for my wife. She tried it in various positions but was never comfortable with it. She feels it might have something to do with the fact she's petite, but I don't know. As far as I can tell it's well made, it's an interesting design, and I'm glad to see that others are enjoying using it, but for her it just did not work.

Love that thus has a strap, but it often turns around while sleeping cause I move a lot. But it's better than using a pillow, for sure.
