Used to tap aluminum , used after a standard tap reached its limit in a blind hole. Finished threads to the bottom. Cut cleanly and chips cleared easily.

It broke in the hole on the ninth hole. I was taking extreme care not force it. I was shocked when it broke. I bought one from Lowe's that has been working great.
