These were definitely open box at least. Water temperature levers were slightly bent.

It's a nice faucet (well-made, etc.), but this listing is misleading. I thought this was battery-powered (or had the option of being battery powered) but it is electric and requires a power source and a separate AC plug which is not included. I had to hunt down the AC plug from the manufacturer since I could not find it on Amazon. These are just things to be aware of if you buy this faucet.
