It was just fine. My only complaint is that I believe this bushing should be included in the carb kit. 90% of the time, you will only need one of these when changing out the carb.

Part was a genuine Kohler replacement part for Carb Linkage and Govenor rod. Nylon bushing pushed into the throttle arm of the Carb, and the linkage rod from the Govenor popped into that perfectly. Works as should.

Replaced the carburetor and fuel pump on a Kohler CV15S in a John Deere LX255 and cracked this bushing while installing the new carburetor.Do yourself a favor. If you are replacing, or working on an older carburetor on a small engine, buy this and the bushing clip on the governor as they are usually brittle from heat and age.In my case, I broke the governor bushing clip taking the old carburetor off. While I ordered a new one, I was too cheap to order a new linkage bushing as I was easily able to put the old one on the new carburetor.Well, after waiting two days for the governor bushing clip to come in, the linkage bushing broke when I went to install the carburetor.So, I had to order a new linkage bushing and wait two more days to finish the job.

This piece was to replace the one that popped onto the grass and lost forever while I was replacing the carburetor on my lawn tractor. So glad to have found it here, even if it was a liitle pricey for a tiny piece of plastic but c'est la vie!
