I used to wear the Koi Lindsey pants but I lost a bunch of weight and am not curvy anymore so I tried the James pants and am in love!!! A small tall works perfect. They are super comfortable and don’t come off my butt when I bend over!!! Perfect!!!

I wasn't expecting them to be so good. The material is comfy, the seams are sturdy, the rise goes just barely above the hips, not all the way up to the normal waistline, which is awesome. I love the drawstring...easy to cinch down when you have your pockets loaded.

I got a Large-Tall and they fit perfectly. I usually like a looser fit around the waist but with that said they do fit and aren't tight. I just ordered 2 more pair in an X-Large Tall for the looser fit around the waist. Koi are my all-time favorite now. I order mens because womens will never fit me in the length. I'm 6 foot and all legs.The X-Large tall are bigger in the waist than i expected but tightening the drawstring fixed it. The legs seemed longer but maybe that was because they were looser. Either way I prefer the Large Tall for the fit but also prefer the X-Large Tall for those days I want loose fitting scrubs.

I bought these scrub shorts looking for some comfortable loungewear for the winters in Florida. These scrubs do seem to fit the bill. Although they tend to run a size larger than normal. I put them in the wash in hot water and they seemed to shrink down to a good size for me. I am happy with these pants now but in the future I would probably buy a size smaller if I get another pair.

Although slightly roomier than most premium fitted scrubs Koi Coby tops have some of the best features around.Pros:Tons of pockets of various sizes (back, side leg, side)Multiple closures for pockets such as velcro and buttonElastic cinches on the ankles and the waistHeavy weight while still breathable fabricCons:Slightly baggyI honestly have tried multiple "designer/premium" scrubs and these are my favorite. They are quality, soft fabric that looks nice after many washes. I had iguanamed, dickies, and cherokee in the past. These are by far my favorite. I started with one pair because I'm tall (6' 2") and the pant legs on the iguanamed were too short and i ended up buying 5 more pairs because the Koi were so much better than expected.

These are the best scrub pants I have ever worn. As a 6'2 male at 168lbs, i'm tall and pretty slim and these pants (Small Tall) fit like they were made for me. I love having a zipper fly for quick bathroom breaks, it beats having to untie and pull down like other brands. The waistband has a rubber strip to help keep them up, and your undershirt tucked in if you wear one. The draw strings are heavy duty and high quality, and there is an elastic cinch cord at the ankle. If you like a slimmer and more modern fit scrub pant, you will love these.

if you're tall - but not large - you'll probably love these as much as I do. They fit so well, I want to wear them at home. They have a gel waistband that helps to keep them from falling down - another peril faced by tall men - and the band actually works. Cuffs are slightly flared (I dig this) but with a drawstring. Seriously - best fitting pair of scrubs I've ever purchased. These are a good example of getting what you pay for.
