Kolpin 98020 Handy Throttle, Black went on in easy (google videos on how to remove grips and install grips using an air compressor with air nozzle with a long noise) and worked like a charm. It great for people with small hands or someone that gets thumb fatigue.

Twisted so hard against thumb lever I thought the plastic arm would snap off the handy throttle. I had to file down the thumb lever at an angle on the Polaris to get it to twist through. Even doing that it still sticks on initial twist. I’ll need to do some more filing on the thumb throttle in order for it work as they say it should, before the plastic arm really does snap off. Great concept, not a piece of cake though as claimed.

Followed directions, I did leave rubber boot on thumb throttle. It does not slip off end of handlebar if installed properly. It is not as smooth turning/spinning as a dirt/street bike throttle (removing rubber on thumb throttle would help that some) I use the quad for pasture maintenance and maintaining a consistent, steady speed with the twist throttle is much easier and definitely less fatigue on your thumb. For playtime and smaller/shorter chores, I roll the throttle up and can still use the stock thumb throttle. Took less than half hour to install and it really does work...I wouldn't go racing with one, buy a true twist throttle for that.

Best conversion ever. I never liked the thumb throttle. Install took about two minutes. Brilliant!The thumb throttle is also bad for your thumb tendon and can cause tendonitis.

Great throttle conversion kit works great and was very easy to install only down fall was i lost my heated hand warmer on that hand .

This was like 10 minutes to install. Works great and saves my thumb! I’m very pleased. This installation will ruin your original grip on your right side handlebar, so be sure before you decide on this is what you want.

Brought this to use on my Quadzilla. Excellent value and product. A bit difficult to get on the handle which is to be expected. I tried washing up liquid which did not work. Then used a compressor and it went on easily. A very good simple invention that makes driving more easy. Would not be without it and would recommend this product.

I can’t write enough about this product! It was suggested to me on my ATV owners FB pages and I am so glad they suggested it! I have an injured thumb so using my thumb for more than 10 seconds caused too much pain. This product went on in seconds (watch videos and use an air compressor) and works like a charm! It doesn’t take long to get use to it. It’s so comfortable and I couldn’t ride without it!
