PRO TIPS:
1: Fill your pitcher with very cold water. The colder you keep the grounds throughout this process, the less acid they release!
2: The longer you leave the grounds to brew, the more intense the flavor gets (& the more acidic (bitter) it becomes). Taste it after 12 hours & see how you like it, then adjust the timing based on your personal preference.

Get the best cold brew coffee in 4 easy steps
1. Add 24-30 tablespoons of your favorite medium roast, coarsely ground coffee to the infuser
2. Add 52 ounces of cold, filtered water to the pitcher. Fill 3/4 full & lower infuser in.
3. Gently mix the filter core for a few seconds to ensure all of the grounds are soaked and exposed to water.
4. Seal well & store in refrigerator overnight or up to 48 hours.
Remove infuser when brewing is complete. The result will be a brew of concentrated coffee with a superior taste profile.

I got this for tea, not coffee because I plan on eventually going to loose leaf teas and I heard that the tea version of this had holes in the bottom. So now I have something that's good for both coffee, which I do drink every once in awhile, and tea!

Slight reasons as to why I put 4 not 5 stars.1. The spout is tiny, so it kind of pours over the side a bit.2. there I an opening around where the filter closes and the opening is, so you need to put in the grounds using a funnel or separately otherwise you'll get them in the container with the water.

I purchased this after I got one for Christmas because I am now making cold brew for multiple people. This pitcher is great. It fits in my door. It makes a good amount. Super easy to clean and figure out. Love love love this!

So I've been using this for about 2 weeks now and I have no complaints. It does exactly as stated and I make my cold brews to my liking. I personally leave the filter in til I finish the last drop which might explain why some coffee grounds get into the main compartment, but I don't find that it really gets into my actual drink where I can feel or see it.

I have fallen in love with cold coffee this summer. This is the best way to make it, fill the filter , fill it with good water (I use only filtered water) and let I’d smoke overnight, or longer for stronger taste. And your living the good life. I marked down the cleaning due to the plastic webbing on the filter, catches coffee grounds and sometimes they are hard to clean out. But I would recommend this unit to my family and you.

I just love this pot , wish I could have bought it earlier It makes it a lot easier using this I love the no slide handles and the air tight lid It actually kept my coffee nice and fresh for 2 days. I cannot say enough how much I adore this pot I would recommend this anytime Excellent product

I like that the Komax Tritan pitcher is 2qts and is easy to use and clean and you can remove the mesh infuser with out having to remove the handle cap. My one problem with the pitcher is when you try to pour the coffee it will leak around the seal of the handle cap and you have a puddle of coffee on the counter top to clean up.

Not an avid cold brewer. It’s my first brewer and I’m not sure I’m doing it right. Following instructions, my coffee was lighter than I “thought” it would be (although it looks very similar to the photo here). It tastes smooth and fine but I’m feeling like it’s so light since I’m more used to bold coffee flavors. I think I just need to get used to it?!?

I've been wanting to get a cold brew coffee maker for some time and decided to go for it with summer in it's way. I've made a few ours if coffee in this one now and it works great and is easy to clean. The only thing I wish was that it poured a little faster, but not enough to take away a star.

I'm in love. Easy to clean and use and fits SO well in the fridge-narrow and tall. Lid is a little weird to work with since it's a screw top but square, but after a few uses, you get used to it. Even brought it on vacation.

Works well for cold brew coffee. Fill the insert with coffee grounds, pop it in, add water, put the top on and let it sit. I read a review that complained about it pouring slowly. That's not true, it pours fine. If want it to pour faster push your thumb against the lid, it'll open a tad more and pour quicker. Plastic construction was a positive for me over glass since I don't have to worry about broken glass.It works fine, I bought two so I always have one brewing while the other is in use.
