my dog took all of the stuffing out and it still was in tact as a rope toy! lasted a couple months! cute toy and it’s soft. easily ripped though. squeaker is the first to go.

My dogs have always torn apart every stuffed animal they get. This bear is made of rope inside and is incredibly durable. I’ve had 2 of these for my 2 girls who play tug with them & run around inside and outside with them for months. The bears are just now starting to show some wear when usually toys played with this much would be completely destroyed. I bought this one for my son’s dog and she loves it. The only problem is that I specifically ordered brown like the one I have for my girls and she was sent gray. He didn’t know to tell me about the color issue so it was too late to complain but that was annoying that they were sent the wrong color.

This fellows name is Stinkum and belongs to our fawn frenchy bulldog named Jack.Jack also has the grey one and his name is Stinkey. Jack also has the lumber Jack one and his name is Stinker. Jack loves these inner rope core Kong bears. He suckles them and kneads his front paws into the couch like a cat sharpening it’s claws but in a loving way. Jacks brother Abe, is a stop watch destroyer of indestructible toys. (Usually 1-2 minutes and rarily 10 minutes until the new toy is garbage. Stinkum and Stinkey have had surgery several times and it’s just a matter of time until Stinker is cornered by AbE too.These are not indestructible but do last longer than other Kongs we have had, frenchys love them wether it’s cuddling or destructive motives. Buy a needle and thread too and these will last a year but they may not have all of the ears nose etc all intact.

My adult maltipoo rips other soft toys to shreds in minutes, but this one has held up longer with some watchfulness. He usually gets the squeaker out pretty quickly, and it has to be discarded. Then before long he gets the face or a leg open and I have to pull out and toss all the stuffing I can reach so it isn't spread all over the house with a risk of him swallowing some. That process is repeated until all that's left is the inner rope and some outer shell.At that point, the poor bear looks like it needs someone to put it out of its misery, but the dog continues to enjoy tormenting it until it gets so bad that I'm embarrassed to keep it. That's usually several months, and then it's time to buy a new one. I usually get it before the old one is completely destroyed so he has two for a while and the new one lasts longer.And throughout, he absolutely loves retrieving it and destroying it. So it's worth it! I've bought several over time and am about to order again.I do wish I could choose the color, but that's a small complaint.

They can last long, which is great. Unless you have two doodles who play tug of war with teddy, they should last a while. This is my 6th time purchasing one of these in various colors as my pups love them and love to play tug of war with them.

I’ve had these before and the last one is still intact for over two years with my aggressive chewer, a Jack Russell. I just ordered more for my chihuahua. They love them and they last great except the squeaker. The price is amazing! I paid $25 for their last one at a pet store. And whoever said the ad was misleading as it shows three, if you’d read every now and then, you would KNOW the KONG brand isn’t cheap and this is an amazing price point!! The ad also states “assorted colors” and clearly states price is for one item. Do a little product research next time. Thanks for the great deal seller!!
