The mirror was an exact replacement. No problem with the installation, it was a breeze. The only issue was the packaging, it was not over packed. The mirror was in the original product package with no packing material to protect the mirror. One corner of the mirror was sticking out of the package, the package was covered with tape (because the box was coming apart) and there was an abrasion on the back side of the mirror.

Some sorry individual knocked my passenger mirror off while he was driving too close to my truck. The operating wires prevented it from coming completely lose. I had to tape it in place till the replacement arrived. Thanks to KOOL VUE MIRROR company, that was only a three day wait. Better than expected and my truck looks good again.

It works and lines up. The couple issues I’ve found was the inside metal clamp slipped off so I had to use the one on the old one to get it to work. The other thing is when you go to fold in the mirror it has a loud spring sound. It sounds like it’s bound to give out at some point. I guess time will tell. Glass, fitment and overall shape matches and looks OEM.
