the pop up drain didn't come with the faucet like the description and picture showed, I like the faucet but need the pop up drain. Do I have to return and replace with the same item to get the missing part?

Faucet is beautiful and easy to clean. We had a small issue with one of the faucets leaking, but Kraus customer service quickly responded and replaced the defective part!

I originally ordered the black/silver one which was also very beautiful. Only because I wasn’t sure I could swap out my knobs on my new vanity which I found out I could so I decided to go with the all black. I was refunded immediately once I returned the item. This faucet is very well made (all brass) and gorgeous! My contractor even commented that it was very good quality! I would definitely recommend this item to anyone looking for great quality and a beautiful faucet! I received my package (both) within a few days of ordering it and they came in perfect condition.

Recently I decided it was time to replace both bathroom faucets and went with single handle. Since the faucet in the upstairs bathroom is so easy to use I moved on to the downstairs bathroom. After looking at hundreds of single handle faucets I focused on 3 or 4 that seemed to meet my specific needs. It had to be low enough to avoid hitting a glass shelf 8 inches above the vanity. I learned from the first faucet I installed that the attached water hoses and simple one nut installation was what I wanted. Then a little research revealed Delta makes faucets other than those labelled Delta. This is a heavy, quality product that looks and works great. Fact I had to purchase a drain was no issue for me. Just installed today with a 10 inch deck plate to cover 2 of the 3 holes. Couldn't be more pleased.

Very pleased with this faucet. The soft brass style fits the vibe of the space and the water flow is also nice. I purchased the matching drain and it looks beautiful in my bathroom renovation.

Had to order three of these faucets until I have up, and all had some defects on the chrome and were repackaged.Got an impression that these are all either refurbished or returned items.

Nice faucet, easy to install. The slightly angled design puts the water flow towards the centre of the sink.... which is where it should be.

I was very surprised at how high quality this faucet looks. It’s beautiful! It was a challenge for me to find something simple and didn’t look like a transformer...this faucet is sleek and has a simple and modern look. Perfect black faucet! I have not used it yet, but once I do, I will update my review!
