I purchased the XL (Size 16+) size and they fit great. (I am a 6'2" tall man.) My wife wears the pads, and she says they fit well, are comfortable, and provide the needed support and protection. I am an older man with Parkinson's, and I use the boxing gloves to maintain hand-eye coordination, muscle strength, and mobility. These gloves and pads give me a good workout.

Love these gloves. My boyfriend and I just started boxing classes and I decided to purchase this for him last year for Christmas. I didn’t review it right away because I wanted to see how it holds up over time. Let me just say, it’s great. Easy to put on and take off, great for beginners and it’s comfortable. The padding is great and I can still use them with nails on so ladies don’t be scared to try these. We use it quite a bit and I can say it’s holding up well and it’s been almost a year.
