The handles are cheap plastic . They are not even close to working on the dometic refrigerator in my Gulfstream. The handles are half the quality and are not even clise to the build of the originals.

Product was listed as an exact replacement for my model Dometic fridge. Quality control was way off. After I installed it properly, it would not latch. Upon closer inspection, it was molded identical to the original one, however, it was thinner and cheaper. Don't get ripped off buying this P.O.S. One star was given because I was able to return it. Amazon should ban this vendor.

My husband installed this handle on our new rv dometic freezer door. It was compatible but best of all it was easy and only took a few minutes!

Replaced original product that had the latch mechanism broke after 20years. This product installed very easy simply removing 2 screws per handle and sliding old handles off then replacing and installing 2 screws per handle. When replacing I noticed these handles were lighter weight and when installed I did not have as tight of latch mechanism as the original did. The product still works but need to make sure its engaged.
