I wish I would've taken a picture before I put it away. However my daughter and I decided on a new, black, pre-light Christmas tree this year. So the hunt was on for the perfect star for the top. I am happy to say this was it 100%. True to size and beautiful

This is a great topper without breaking the bank. I know usually toppers aren’t super expensive but for the price I’m paying, I’m really really happy with it! Shines very bright and feels sturdy yet lightweight. Only thing is that there is quite a few glitter fallout

I just love my new tree topper!! Got it because my other one stopped working and I needed one quick for Christmas. For the affordable price I was really impressed with the quality of this gorgeous star! It is very sturdy and made of a very strong material- not a cheap plastic like my old one! It shines brilliantly and is the perfect size - not too big or too small. The wire is green and quite long why was great to help connect to an outlet easily. To confirm it IS a silver star but the lights inside are a warm, old-fashioned yellow, NOT a bright white, which suited me perfectly because that’s what I wanted as it matched my old fashioned lights (non-LED). This makes sense because the yellow lights will dominate the silver casing. The ONLY small issue I’ll call out is the back is all open and you can see the wires - this was not an issue for me as I have it in a corner as most people do, but if you are wanting to showcase your tree from all sides, this is bro the best tree topper for you.The last thing I’ll say is I went to walmart afterward and wow- they had everything imaginable for just as affordable pricing and seemingly good quality! I can’t believe people spend $40-$50 on a topper when the quality and appearance of the cheaper ones is really impressive.

Looks nice. Three days after Christmas, the lights are flickering a lot. It worked well on Christmas though and that's what matters I guess.

I didn't want to spend much on my tree topper, but I still wanted it to light up. It actually looks great, and is definitely better than I expected after reading some of the other reviews here. It lights up well and looks much higher quality than expected. Only downside is that it has a generic base for putting on the top branch of the tree, so it hobbles slightly to the left or right (it's really difficult to get it exactly straight). You could always add some of your own string or fasten it with your own materials to make it straight, but I was too lazy. Overall happy with the purchase!

This star is exactly what I wanted: something light up and slightly cheesy for the top of my Christmas tree. When I first pulled it out of the box I was a bit skeptical because with all the silver strands criss-crossing each other it looked kind of cheap. But I put it on the top of the tree, plugged it in and stood back. It looks really awesome (and not actually as cheesy as I thought it would). All the criss-crossing lets the light reflect and sparkle, so it has a nice glow about it. I like a lot of lights on my tree, and it looks really good with all the other lights. I also like a lot of tinsel on my tree, so the silver sparkle from the star compliments the tinsel sparkle nicely. Some other reviews complained about the base being too wide, but I don't think that was a problem. The base was about an inch in diameter and tapered as it got closer to the star. I think it would be a good thing just in case you get one of those trees with a bulbous top that sometimes happens. Or if you like the noble fir, which seems to have longer needles. Also, the cord from the star that plugs into the top strand of lights is a bit long, so I just wrapped the excess cord around the top spire of the tree and the "wide" base hid the extra cord nicely.I'm excited to use it year after year!
