Outer packing was in good shape, inner foam packaging was smashed up. Santa was broken off the base. Weld didn’t hold. Colors are off from picture. Can’t use it!

It was a little more expensive than I had initially wanted to spend, but it is a beautiful piece we will enjoy for years to come. The sparkle, weight and detail is wonderful.

Cute, but product arrived with Santa separated from the base. Glitter shedding everywhere. Hook is not as pictured. Looking at reviews, these are not isolated problems. I ordered 3 different stocking hangers from Kurt Adler. 2 arrived in poor condition with quality assembly issues such as glue and paint.Update - I gambled on an exchange instead of a refund. The second one arrived without damage. Although package and item were not damaged, the styrofoam protecting the base was still a shredded mess, so packing at the factory is a problem and the condition of the one you get may be a gamble. Will be using hairspray or fixative as suggested by others since the glitter pieces are unusually loose, even for glitter. Like the look and the base is heavy.

I absolutely love this Santa stocking holder! Nice and heavy and great quality. So beautiful. I took other buyers advice and sprayed it with hair spray to prevent the glitter from coming off, worked great.

Not really a glossy finish as it appears in picture. Though I am very satisfied with the way it looks! Looks great and holds the heavy stocking without a problem.
