Arrived with Nutcracker broken off at wrist. Easy to fix cleanly with a drop of super glue to avoid return and missing Christmas. Lovely figure, quality dress material, painted features.

Leider hat es a mich auch erwischt und ich habe einen defekten Artikel erhalten. Das Material lag auch in der Verpackung. Sehr schade für das Geld. Weil ich aber unbedingt mein Bastelprojekt endlich fertig haben wollte und mir auch kein Vergleichsartikel gefallen hat, habe ich den Artikel behalten. Schade dass man keine Mittel Lösung finden kann und anteilig etwas zurück bekommt um den Reperatur Beitrag verrechnen kann für Kleber

Es una esfera muy bonita, la temática de mi árbol es justo del cascanueces y quedó genial como parte del "pie de árbol", su ropa es de tela y eso hace que luzca muchísimo.

These ornaments are quite fragile, but really beautiful when they arrive intact. This is lovely with a lot of attention to detail. I will enjoy it for years, but package it carefully for storage.

As others have noted, the ornament is gorgeous, but it might not be something to get through the mail. Mine arrived with both the arm holding the nutcracker and one leg broken. I would have glued it together, but while the arm was in the packaging, the leg was no where to be found.

This ornament is beautiful!3 things:1) Each ornament arrived in a small, single sheet of bubble wrap that had been taped closed.2) The description we read before ordering said the ornament was plastic. It is ceramic. Clara’s dress has a lacy under-layer, the purple skirt is like thick gauze with a pink ribbon.3) The reviews we read consistently stated that this product often arrived broken. We decided to order 2 in case 1 arrived broken. Both arrived broken in various places. The one on the left (see photo) had just the nutcracker and Clara’s right hand broken off. I just superglued it back on, and it seems strong and non-noticeable enough that we are still planning to gift it! :D. The second ornament had both hands broken off and part of the right arm. I glued the left hand back on, but I think we will probably return that one.***I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING THIS ITEM IF YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO REPAIR IT***~
