Very nice spoon for backpackers. Super light weighing at only .6 of an ounce! Long enough handle for eating food in pouches, and the spoon itself is slick with soft edges, which makes for a more pleasurable eating experience. Super light and easy to clean. Highly recommended.

It's titanium so it's super light weight. This perfect long spoon is highly polished at the loading end so it has a no grit feeling in the mouth making it a joy to use.

It's light but feels awfully bendy compared to other titanium products that I own. It should work fantastic for freeze dried camping grub, but not so much for anything weighing more than a spoonful. It is non-magnetic but don't let that fool you, it could be cheap aircraft aluminum. I'd need to take a blowtorch to it to see if there are any color changes to confirm. All in all, it's lightweight, comes with a ripstop bag, and is a long spoon. Everyone should own a long spoon.

Long enough for use with Mountain House meals. Very light weight and strong. Get two, in case you misplace one or have company.

You can spend twice the money on the same product from another manufacturer because of the name, or you can spend about 10 bucks (or less) on this guy and get an excellent spoon with great reach. It even comes with a handy pouch that is pretty durable and surprisingly nice. I keep one of these in every bag and pack I have and even keep one in each of my vehicles for those times at the drive-thru when I'm otherwise left without silverware.For the money, buy two or three. They are great.They're just rigid enough in the hand to let you know they're durable while still being ever-so-slightly flexible. They work great for dehydrated and freeze-dried meals, such as the Mountain House pouches, as the shape of the bowl really gets into the corners well and the extra long handle keeps your hand out of the bag.A lot of titanium products that have the sandblasted looking finish that this one does feel rough in the hand, but this one doesn't. It's not quite as smooth as normal table silverware, but it doesn't have a rough feeling either. It's a very good middle ground.Everything about this spoon is just right for my uses.
