Installed on a 2004 Acura TSX. Daily driver w/18" rims. My car was bouncing really bad going over every little bump. It was a night and day difference after I installed these. Took about two hours to do the front. I would recommend ordering the shock boot and bump stop as well. Already ordered the struts for the rear.

The car feels now safe, the weight of the car is feels now under control when braking, turning, cruising. But is a really a stiff ride. Ride height was also increased but thats because my old struts were blown. Accord v6 2004

Perfect fit on my 2005 Acura TL. After 215,000 miles, the originals were shot (probably had been for years). My final symptom was that there was no suspension travel, I would feel tiny bounces if anything. Car felt like a go-cart. Not what you'd typically associate with worn shocks.Ordered these near midnight on a Thursday, they arrived Saturday morning. Was not a difficult swapout. There are Youtube videos that help. You have to work the angles to remove and replace. Once the old one is free, jack up the hub to create space in the upper support so the strut can be lowered and removed. I used a spring compressor from the local parts store ('buy' and return for refund). This did include new rubber for the top post. I reused three parts from the original cartridge (urethane bumper, shroud, and rubber liner for spring flange). After install, noticed it didn't change the ride height at all (if it matters to anyone), fender wells are about 26.75" off the ground. These restored the suspension to what I remember, and were exactly what I'd hoped for.Turns out the old ones were extremely stiff, and had no rebound at all. It would take all my weight to compress them, and they just stayed compressed. That explains the symptom.

So, I did one side at a time and was done in 3 hours. Hardest part of the install was forcing the hub down enough to get the strut body out of the knuckle. I used the factory lug wrench to gain leverage over the upper control arm , and got the damn thing out. Second hardest thing was the spring compressor, not for difficulty or danger, but how tedious it was to use. Acurazine has scans of the Chilton manual and the procedure, and it was pretty straightforward. The mount kit IS included , along with a new nut . Place the rubber mounts in the top hat with the rounded side out/up.I'm very pleased with the ride, way more stable. 4 stars because I bought two mount kits I didn't need. Again, (contrary to pictures listed and and even questions answered by the seller) MOUNT KIT INCLUDED.

Fitted perfectly on my 2007 Honda Accord Coupe. I was skeptical about replacing shocks at 141K miles. My old shocks were not bad. Car was leaning a lot more on the corners while driving through mountains making me afraid of losing control. With all new 4 KYB shocks suspension feels solid. Ride is not stiff like you get out of most performance shocks. I just wanna say this was the most recommended shock brand by mechanics and I'm glad I followed their advice.

These shocks provide very good performance. I'm very happy with the ride now in my Honda Accord 2007 4-cylinder. I went from mushy bouncy bumps and sketchy turns to a feel of a performance rally car. Be careful when ordering that you need to purchase 2 sets of 2 shocks, front and rear. Also be aware that when installing these shocks by yourself you will need to have a good spring compressor tool, otherwise risk getting injured. Take them to a good suspension specialist and you'll be happy with the installation. My installation cost around $550 for all 4 shocks.

The item came packaged to look as if it was brand new. After inspection by my mechanic, he was questioning whether both of the struts had been used due to the distinguishing markings that were displayed on the cylinders where it would usually be mounted to the knuckle. The markings were abrasions to the black paint finishing of the struts. Although the performance of the strut seemed fine, my mind was not at ease because of the possibility of buying "used" struts. I called amazon about this matter, they said that I would have 30 days to return if I was not completely satisfied but, this is nonsensical because then, I would have to pay for my mechanic to remove the struts and installation of another pair. In the end, I felt that I was stuck in the situation and was forced to deal with it.
