If so, these are the shocks you want. I replaced my OEM shocks on the rear of my Gen3 4 Runner and they made an incredible difference. They are a bit stiffer than stock but not uncomfortable. The directional stability has improved and the ride quality is good. I do not recommend the lower cost OEM replacement. I am excited about replacing the front struts as soon as possible. I think you will be quite satisfied with these.This is my 3rd set of shocks on the read of my 230000 mile 4Runner.

Welds are poor. Not sure if I trust 2 tons on top of two tac welds. Will confirm ride quality but as far as product quality wasnt trully expecting that. Just a unbox so far.EDIT: Ride quality is good actually. Have OME 902 Shocks and works well together.

No complaints. Was hoping it would lift the rear up to match the front but doesn't. Anyway the old shocks were totally bad, and these have worked well.

Great ride. My old shocks were too squishy when in conjunction with large tires. These shored up the ride and made my 4Runner feel more snappy on the road.If you know a few tricks, these shocks shouldn't be all that hard to install.1) 14mm deep socket hooked up to a low-profile 3/8 ratchet handle will get the top nuts off far more easily than the youtube-prescribed 14mm flexible ratcheting wrench. Getting up around that upper shock mount housing is no joke, there's not much room to work, but trust me, that tool combination is the answer for removal AND install.2) You're going to need to use a jack to compress these shocks far enough to get them on the axle mount. I'm a big strong dude and I was not able to compress them just by pushing them up like I could with the old Sensens I replaced. A small jack was the only answer.
