Despite being led to believe that these struts fit on all 82-92 F bodies, they don't. I have an '89 Turbo Trans Am, installed these on my stock car and started hearing a clunking sound while driving. I lifted the car up by one of the control arms, grabbed the wheel at the 12 and 6 o'clock positions and rocked the wheel discovering that the play was where the strut attached to the steering knuckle. It appears the mounting tabs on the KYB AGX struts are too wide. Now what? Not all F body knuckles are the same. Either I remove them and send them back or figure out how to shim them - not a great solution! Shame on KYB.

Heads above the stock unit. The ride is smoother and more responsive on my 1988 Camaro Iroc Z with 5.7 litre. Absolutely love these.

IMPROPER AD LABELING. the posting said 2 two pack but only one came. This is extremely aggravating. The question forum was split as well. Some people said they got both some said they didn’t. Annoyed beyond explanation

I put these shocks on a 87 Firebird. Not as much difference between the lowest setting to highest setting as I had hoped but the difference is noticeable. pavement cracks are sharper on the #4 setting. I set mine on #2 they seem to work best there.

Work great so far I used w/ lowing springs and on low setting, so I retain a good ride, I dont auto cross but if I did prob would go w/ bilsteins, these are still more for street.

I started out wanting to buy the Koni yellow struts but upon finding out that what was listed as a pair on amazon for $260 bucks wound up being an individual with that said I decided to look else and am I glad I did these weren't the cheapest or the priciest but I am so happy with these they are exactly what I hoped they would be and they increased the handling and feel tremendously worth the extra money if your on the fence with spending the extra just get these
