Both shocks looked new and had their little baggy of washer/nuts/etc., but, nothing keeping the shock compressed so that you can install it. I tried tape, then zip-ties, and finally had to finally use rope after much hassle. All of my previous kyb gas a justs over the last 30 years, have come with straps that you cut after the shock is in place. Thanks moron that removed them.
