I am writing this review because other photo reviews didn’t show the product very well.The backside of the feathers and tulle mesh has a foam pad piece and two safety pins, although I chose to attach it to my shoulder with body tape because the dress I was wearing was strapless.It comes rather crumpled in the packaging, but with a quick Steam, it looks quite nice. All the feathers were attached well, but I removed and changed the orientation of one feather because it was sticking out weirdly.The tulle has two lengths. The longer length is fingertip on me. I'm 5’5” with average limbs.I’m not sure about the durability of this item, as I’m just using it for one night at a WICKED-themed gala.

Looks a lot puffier in the picture and a lot of feathers fell off just upon opening it. I only bought it for the ren faire and then returned it

I bought this piece for to Gogo dance at a local event. I paired it with a black denim bodice, which was an excellent base for the two pins to hold onto. I was living my best life with this. It was toward the end of the night and I was tired, but shaking these feathers gave me the strength to go on. I needed something low profile, sturdy, and comfortable that did not add bulk (and make me even sweatier). This more than delivered.I would absolutely buy this product again, others like it, or pretty much anything from this manufacturer.Pros: Looks great, stays put, moves nicely, comfortableCons: Pin had some extra glue so it was hard to open, have lost two feathers

Super cute and good quality for costumes. However, the band does not sit flat on your shoulder and extra safety pins may be needed.

Bought this for a Game of Thrones themed wedding I was performing. Thought it might be a perfect accessory for my outfit. It showed up - feathers perfect and easy to wear. I got wayyyy too many compliments on this. Would recommend.

No wonder it warned me that this is a common returnable item, it’s true. Cheap construction and awkward to put on. Feathers fell off right out of the packaging
