Q:Can this blender crush ice and frozen fruits? A:Yes, but you need always remember to add enough liquid in when blending ice cubes or frozen fruits.
Q: Why the blender stop working during use, I just use it several times? A: Our blender has overheating protection. It will stop working as self protection when the blender has been working continuously for too long time or blending with the ingredients overfilled or blending with high fiber or too hard food (over MAX line marked) . In such case, you can rest the motor for about 30-60 minutes for recovery.
Q: Why the blender cannot work when I press the button? A: Please note that the pulse button cannot work if the cup has not locked correctly. And it is a pulse button. Press and hold Pulse button for 15 to 30 seconds or pulse Pulse button until desired consistency, release to stop.

Good size and power for what I use it for. I use it for blending soup and vegetables for an elderly person. It is just the right size for a couple of servings. Quick and easy to use. So I use it for more soft foods. I don’t think it would be powerful enough for big ice cubes or anything chunky frozen. I have made a milk shake and that worked well. It’s noisy but all blenders are. For value for the money I think it suits my purpose. Small compact and easy to leave on my countertop without taking up a lot of space.

Convenient now I can just make my smoothie and go in the mornings. It may not be the best on the market but it works and it does what I need it to do also the price was amazing.

I bought this item because of the sale that was going on, if I could do-over, I would have gotten a much better quality blender. Only reason I had to purchase was because my 30 year old blender that I had bought from a rummage sale for $10, I had it for approx 12 years. I accidently knocked the glass part off the counter and it broke. I searched and found this blender. Don't build them as they used to.

I wanted a smallish blender my 11 year old can handle - she loves to make milkshakes and it's good for that - it says not to run it more than one minute at a time - so I guess it's not heavy duty -

It works really well! It's small but does exactly what I want it too. I make salad dressings and sauces, smoothies and even soups with it (I had to do several batches as its quite small). Highly recommend.

I thought this little blender would make life easier, however for me, it turned out to be a nightmare. The power on this unit drains to quickly. For me, almost every time after only one or two uses. The mix quality is terrible and forget trying to crush ice or mix frozen fruits. It constantly jams and almost always runs out of power. Rather than return this unit, I gave it to a friend and am happy using a full size blender for my smoothie needs. I would never purchase this item again and only rate it 2 out of 10 for performance.
