This product did not perform as advertised. i don't know why they thought making the roll break into multiple small segments was a good idea or practical in anyway. the roll can't even handle the tension of the lever pull. every time I tried to press for a new tag, the roll would rip. it printed off the roll or between segments. overall unsatisfied with the product and will never order again.

This item is working exactly.I used one the price 7.99 or 9.99 before but quality was very bed.Need to throw away most of them the problem of stuck.But this one is quite better to use for commercial.
