15 of the 16 valves look fine. 1 came with very clear grind marks on it, making it useless. I hope they will be sending out a replacement asap. Customer service says they are open Saturdays, but I've got nothing but voicemail and no email returns so far.

These valves were very good , only problem I had was I was short 1 valve . Had to buy 1 from Honda Dealer and surprising enough The Quality was not as good as these valves. Not sure if I would buy again as they were not willing to send me the missing valve . I had to pay 40 dollars to the dealer to get another valve because I needed to get this job done for the customer .
