This product does not fit VT1100 Shadow . It calls for a tapered plunger not straight.

No parts in this kit my 2004 shadow sabre, the picture says it all, just look at the original I had to drill out, waste of time and money. Returned

The tube is supposed to slide inside the plastic nut. It doesn't. Had to drill the nuts out very carefully so they would fit. But my bike is old, parts are hard to come by, hafta make do. Hopefully they work...it's not easy taking the carbs out of a V twin.

We got these because we needed new boots and the metal tubes had to be forced onto the cables and then the pieces just didn't fit together securely so we ended up just taking them back off and to get the metal tubes off we had to take pliers and bend them just to get them off the cables...we just put the old ones back on because the plastic nut was what was wrong with it..just stripped from previous owners...i wouldn't suggest them..they don't seal right at all and don't fit the cable right.
