The Top portion of this kit was warped and made contact with the cam / timing belt. Luckily i only need the bottom section with the timing marks on them which that portion of it wasnt warped! lol

For 2000 Mazda Protege 1.6 DX . Product is excellent. Identical to OEM. Timing markings are very precise and well stamped despite other reviews that likely got a malformed unit.

Needed the lower 2 timing covers for a 1.8 miata and these fit just fine, upper doesn’t work but it was the best option for fast shipping and price.

As you can see from the photos, the timing marks are unreadable , poor plastic quality and the timing cover isn’t even the same!
