★★★ Decent Training Tool with Some LimitationsThis FEYRUN lacrosse trainer is an okay practice tool, but it has its ups and downs. The luminous green ball is pretty cool and visible, which is nice for evening practice sessions. The concept is good - it's meant to help players practice cradling and stick skills on their own.The elastic ropes attach well enough to most lacrosse sticks, and the ball does bounce back as advertised. It's helpful for beginners learning basic cradling motions without chasing the ball around the yard. The price point is reasonable for what you get. However, there are some issues. The elastic ropes tend to wear out faster than I'd like, showing signs of fraying after a few weeks of regular use. The ball itself is lighter than a regular lacrosse ball, which means the feel isn't quite the same as actual game play. Sometimes the ball can get tangled in the ropes, interrupting practice flow. The attachment system could be better designed - it occasionally slips off the stick during more aggressive movements. While it's fine for basic drills, advanced players might find it too limiting for developing higher-level skills. It's an alright tool for young beginners or casual practice, but don't expect miracles. If you're looking for a basic training aid and don't mind replacing the elastic ropes occasionally, it'll do the job. Just keep your expectations modest.Worth noting that indoor use can be tricky - you'll want plenty of space to avoid hitting furniture or walls.

I've always wanted a lax ball that can be used at night but this one doesn't have that strong of glow-in-the-dark abilities as I was hoping it would. I like the fact they give you two elastic strings (one as a backup) along with allowing you to customize the length used when attaching to your stick.
