Shipped promtly, works well, just what I needed when the previous thermometer sank to the bottom ofthe pond and I couldn't see it, or retrieve it. This has a sturdy cord I attached to something on the bank.

I use this to make sure it's warm enough to feed pond fish. The unit is substantial in weight and size and floats nicely in the pond. It's easy to read and seems built to last. All good!

nice neat unit pull out of the pond to read and then pop back in, it has a built in string so you can secure in position in the pond..very good well made and easy to use...like this alot

Matière plastique vert très foncé. Flottant.Bouchon d'extrémité en caoutchouc noir, utile s'il doit taper sur une surface dure.Les dimensions données dans le descriptif technique sont celles du blister.Le flotteur fait 19cm de long, la tête 4,5cm de diamètre et le corps 2,2cm de diamètre.Livré avec une cordelette bon marché de 1m de long.Les graduations sont lisibles, de -1 à 50°C.Il y a une deuxième échelle en Fahrenheit, pour les poissons anglophones.La prise de température se fait en quelques minutes, et correspond aux températures relevées par une sonde électronique.Le tube du thermomètre glisse un peu dans le corps plastique mais les graduations restent toujours visibles.Il s'agit d'un thermomètre à alcool, à mon avis il ne faut pas le secouer au risque de crééer des bulles d'air dans la colonne d'alcool et le rendre inutilisable. Ca m'est déjà arrivé sur des modèles identiques.

The floating thermometer is easy to read, and works as expected. Though, the design is a bit odd. The current one is a replacement for original one shipped. The cap that keeps the actual thermometer from falling out the bottom would not stay in ( and was actually loose in the shipping box). The second one works ok, except one time when the cap came off, and the contents went to the bottom of the pond. I have no idea how to tighten it, but it has been solid for a couple of months now.
