I use this to keep track of my throws while playing disc golf. It functions really well in that regard. The closure means I can wear it as a bracelet, hang it off of my bag, or off of my belt loop. It is really easy to use as a counter, too, as opposed to some techy options that really overthink the issue.

The bracelet is good quality and fits my very large wrist without issue. It is handy to have a bracelet that you can keep track of counts on. Overall, a very nice accessory for the outdoors!

I thought this would be great to wear and mark mileage on walks. I didn't realize it was as bulky as it was until received. My 6in wrist swims in the bracelet. The beads are also quite large and don't function as easy as advertised. They easily slide back into place, losing the placeholder. With them being textured they also dig into the wrist with pressure. Could work better on a 6 ft + person with larger wrists.

You can make these out of any number of materials, but who really has that kind of time these days? Save yourself some effort and pick up this gem of a tool. These are great to keep on your pack while hiking or orienteering. They're easy to use and very durable.
